H2 Qualified | Use materials safely and qualify components

Qualification for hydrogen use

“Is my product H2-ready?” – a question that is currently on the minds of many manufacturing companies. The transition to the use of hydrogen as a green energy carrier is proceeding rapidly and, in addition to promising opportunities, there are also risks. We support our customers in realistically assessing these opportunities by identifying and minimising the risks that may arise when using their products or plants in conjunction with hydrogen.

The qualification of your used material as H2-Ready is done by an individually tailored assessment plan. In doing so, we have access to state-of-the-art testing technology with which the material can be tested directly under hydrogen conditions.

Safety of use through standardisation expertise

We are actively involved in the current adaptation of relevant standards at national and European level, so that this current state of knowledge also flows into our projects. In combination with our team’s decades of experience, we determine whether your material is H2-capable and which framework conditions must be met for its use. We also represent our findings to your certifier and/or customer, if this is necessary and/or desired.

With our Solutions Engineering approach, which in addition to know-how includes internal and external communication as an essential element, we can respond to individual requirements and thus determine the most important criteria of your problem as the basis for the solution path.
